Shipping & Returns
 
Delivery Area
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States,
Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We Use Federal Express for shipping.

We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 2nd Day Air
and Next Day Air. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order
leaves our central distribution center in New York:

Ground 5-7 business days
2nd Day Air 2-3 business days
Next Day Air 1-2 business days

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately.

Alaska and Hawaii: Only 2nd Day Air service is available for shipments to AK and HI. There is no Ground or Next Day Air shipping service to these states.

Returns

Returns of merchandise are accepted in their original saleable condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging so please keep the box and other packing materials until you have decided on your purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include these forms will result in prolonged processing of your return.

Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender's responsibility. Send all returns to:

Hold onto your return shipping receipt and Cat Fish Greetings invoice or packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is proof of your returning the merchandise.

Credit or debit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cyles for a refund to appear on your statement.
