Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. These emails will contain your order number along with a link you can use to track the status of your order. If you're having trouble tracking your order, you can call us at 1-212-625-1800 and we can assist you; please have your order number ready.
Changing/Cancelling Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please call 1-212-625-1800 to speak to one of our customer service representatives. Please be aware that once your order is submitted, making any changes may delay its departure. If your order has already left our warehouse, simply wait for it to arrive and then follow the easy return instructions that are enclosed.

Shipments to addresses within the state of New York are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of New York are not charged sales tax
